George II, Silver half-crown, 1750

Old laureate and draped bust left. R. Plain angles. Practically mint struck. Rare and extremely rare this good.

Category: Milled Silver

S.3696, ESC 609.

Grade: PMS

Description: V. QVARTO to edge. Rare and extremely rare this good. Choice, sharply struck with prooflike fields and silvery lustre.

In our opinion a better example than 01/12/2012 example in the London Coin Sale, Lot 514, which sold for £4000.00 + fees. In every respect this is a superior coin compared to what is rarely offered.

£ 2,850.00
