We grade carefully, and you accept this is an opinion and therefore subjective.

As we are a mail order company coins are sent on fourteen days approval against remittance unless otherwise agreed. 

We accept returns for any reason upon receiving notification within fourteen days of receiving the item/items within the United Kingdom. We make different arrangements outside of this area, please contact us for details. *

You accept that return postage and insurance is the customers responsibility.

You understand that coins returned must be in the same condition as originally posted.

If you are a new customer and unknown to us, we will reserve coins for a reasonable period until cleared payment can be received. 

Layaway terms are available and will be provided in writing subject to agreement.

We keep your personal details in the strictest confidence.

All details provided to us shall not be shared with any third party without your permission.

* CANCELATION AND RETURNS POLICY 

For the sake of clarity, if you are unhappy with any item purchased from us and you confirm in writing or email that you are returning it to us, within two weeks of delivery, we will issue a full refund. Outside of this period we are not obliged to accept a return. This does not include the cost of postage.

We refund in Pound's sterling or equivalent and cannot be held responsible for any foreign exchange movements.
